Mr. Williamson is an experienced wells professional, engineer and manager with over 30 years of well operations, project management, field development and business experience in the oil and gas sector, with UK and international experience.
His experience has brought him a deep understanding of how the technical, contractual, procurement, commercial and performance elements required in any business can be integrated and aligned effectively and efficiently to give a result that ensures business performance without compromise to safety of technical integrity.
He was a founding director of Senergy (bought by Lloyd’s Register in 2013) which provides subsurface and well engineering project management; field development optimization and project management; safety, integrity and business delivery management systems; benchmarking and performance consultancy; and professional upstream personnel to various clients in the oil and gas and renewable energy fields.
Mr. Williamson has worked in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, with interaction with both the Majors and NOCs.
He previously worked for Texaco, Global Marine Integrated Services (GMIS) / Global Santafe (GSF) and Premier Consolidated Oilfields
