Mr. Borde has approximately 30 years of executive experience leading organizations and driving strategy, investment and business development in international corporate and consulting environments in the oil & gas, power, and chemical sectors.
Mr. Borde is a “Growth Architect”. His core functional areas of expertise, gained through extensive work experience in over 17 countries, include: strategy formulation & execution, business development, mergers & acquisitions, organization development, operational improvement, project finance and deal structuring.
Mr. Borde has held senior executive positions with various leading international consulting firms including: Booz-Allen Hamilton, BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen. In addition, Mr. Borde was also the Vice-President in charge of leading the largest division of Borden Chemical, a multi-billion dollar global chemical company.
Mr. Borde’s clients have included: Esso, BP, Amoco, Pemex, PDVSA, Ecopetrol, Terpel, Agip, Agip Petroli, SNAM, Iberdrola, PTT, KNOC, Hong-Kong China Gas, Hellenic Petroleum, ADNOC, Exxon-Mobil, Unocal, Occidental Petroleum, Brown & Root, Halliburton and Chevron-Texaco.
